Sealed BIDS for PAYNES WATER ASSOCIATION WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS (CONTRACT “B” ELEVATED TANK PAINTING - PROJECT NO. ARWAI-G-068008)  will be received by Paynes Water Association herein called the “owner” at the Tallahatchie County Emergency Management Operation Center located at 92 South Panola St., Charleston, MS 38921 until, 10:00 A.M. local time June 3, 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Neither the State of Mississippi, the Local Governments and Rural Water Systems Improvements Board, nor any of their employees is or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting or related contracts. This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in accordance with RWAIG Program Regulations.
